About the Book
Your Laws Your Rights book is especially meant for BA Programme and BA(Honours) Political Science and LLB syllabus. It will be useful for all those who are generally interested in studying Law.  The object of the book is to introduce the basic concepts of Laws and Rights in India. More often than not, when we talk of laws we mean authoritatively sanctioned rules, which are considered essential for a well ordered society. Yet laws in a democracy are also about constituting a society marked by equality, freedom, and dignity.
